Order Processing Times

We will try our best to ship orders placed before noon Eastern Standard Time on the same business day!  Standard (non-“Express”) orders may take two business days to ship when we are experiencing heavy shipment volumes, such as during holiday sales periods. You will be notified by email when your order ships, and you will receive a tracking number at that time.   The BTW Co. does not ship on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays.

If your order is urgent or you have special requests regarding your shipment, please let us know at the time you place your order as a special instruction or by email to We cannot promise to fulfill every special request, but we will give it our best!

Occasionally we will open orders for items that are pre-production, back-ordered, or otherwise out-of-stock.  If this is the case the item will note on its product page that it is not in stock and its estimated arrival date.  You will be billed when you order, and your items will ship when the product is in stock. 

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free “Standard” ground shipping for orders placed on for delivery within the United States on purchases of $50 or higher. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. This offer does not apply to orders shipping outside of the continental United States. 

Shipping Rates

Our rates for shipping are based on weight and destination and are calculated at checkout based on your order criteria.  The BTW Co. ships domestically and internationally by USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Carriers are chosen at our discretion. 

Express Shipping offers express shipping within the United States as an option at checkout.  

International Orders

The BTW Co. accepts orders from many countries.  International shipping rates are based on weight and destination and are calculated at checkout based on your order criteria.  Please note that The BTW Co. cannot be familiar with the laws and cosmetics importation requirements in every country, and therefore it is your responsibility to make sure that you can import our products if you place an order on our site.  The BTW Co. is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, importation fees, VAT or other fees related to importing your shipment.  If these fees apply, you will be notified by your shipping carrier or customs authority upon the arrival of your order.

Refunds, Warranties and Cancellations

We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Risk of loss and title for any items purchased from The BTW Co. pass to you upon delivery of such item to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. Regretfully, we are not able to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

The BTW Co. wants you to be happy with our products!  If you wish to return an item, please send it back to us within 30 days of your purchase. Only products purchased on may be returned for a full refund.  Items purchased through other sites or retail stores must be returned to the purchase location. 

Refunds will be returned based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase. 

Please note that gift cards, membership fees, product samples, and individual items purchased as part of a set cannot be returned.

We recommend that you send your return via FedEx or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling). At this time we do not offer free returns or product exchanges.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your shipment for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the shipping carton to show wear, but if damage occurred to the products that you ordered, please contact The BTW Co. at and we will be happy to assist you.
