Our Next Chapter

Hi everyone! We hope that you're all doing amazing.  We wanted to make an announcement - The BTW Co. is now owned by a company called UGS here in Michigan! UGS manufactures many types of products on behalf of its clients, and it also makes the Little Griddle brand of outdoor cookware. 

All of the things that you love about our products are staying the same. The BTW Co. was founded to bring our customers effective products with high-quality ingredients, to provide great customer support, and to make our product line as natural as possible. UGS management is committed to operating BTW by these same values.  Our founders Lauren and Jon are still running BTW day-to-day, but now with the support of a larger parent organization.  

This merger has a lot of benefits for BTW customers - what WILL be changing is that a very short time from now, BTW will have more inventory in stock, a greater selection of product sizes, and many new items that we know you will love!!

Here is a run-down of just a few of our exciting developments:

- The return of our Life Changing Leave-In Conditioner!! This is something that many fans of this product have asked for, and we are beyond delighted to have it back in stock by July, 2023. 

- By popular demand, we are introducing fragrance-free Purple Shampoo and Purple Conditioner in July in 8-ounce sizes.  Many of our customers have sensitivities to fragrance in personal care products, and we are delighted to be able to offer one of very few un-fragranced purple products on the market.

- New sizes - in addition to our classic 16-ounce size, we will have 8-ounce bottles of our Purple Shampoo and Purple Conditioner available in May. 

As you probably noticed, we have gone out of stock on our web site and on other sites where our products are sold.  This is a temporary situation while we await delivery of new inventory, and we expect to be back in stock by mid-July.  

To everyone who has tried and enjoyed using our products since our launch in 2018, and to our new customers just learning about our brand, THANK YOU for your support and your continued interest in our mission to bring more natural personal care products to our customers. We'll continue to bring you highly effective shampoo and conditioner with a focus on more natural ingredients.  We are so excited to roll out all of our new updates over the next few months!!!
